This is a photo taken from my bedroom window. Every day people dump rubbish out there. How would you feel if that was your window right there where all that garbage has been left? I'm going to post a photo every day to say shame on the people who dump it, and shame on the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea for allowing it to happen for years now.
Suprisingly enough they have the window open... I am sure mine would be closed if I lived there... or is that the kitchen window of a cheap restaurant and they are fishing for food through it?
@Suncan, As far as 'improv[ing] with time' is concerned you have to remember that we have a government that thinks we have had it too good for too long, and that our taxes are better spent on bankers than providing services for us.
